During my recent weekend at Southside Village, I was pleasantly surprised by how homely and convenient it felt. With a late check-in, I appreciated the smooth access instructions that made settling in a breeze—perfect for busy travelers like myself. My sister loved that she had a separate bedroom with a desk, allowing her to indulge in her writing, while I enjoyed the cozy seating area and air-conditioned amenities. The location was ideal for exploring Canberra, yet we were set in a tranquil environment that felt like a world away. I was also thrilled to find a bistro on-site where we could enjoy tasty meals without venturing too far. Our three-night stay for four people was a steal—just under $980, which is absolutely unbeatable given the comfort and facilities. Cooking in our well-equipped kitchen saved us a bit on dining out too. Southside Village is a budget-friendly gem that doesn't compromise on comfort, making it perfect for both work and relaxation!
